What we keep, and what we don't.
Compliance work touches sensitive information. The portal is built to hold as little of it as possible.
Every release is checked against an automated security suite covering sign-in, separation between customers, licensing and data handling. Read the privacy notice.
We keep
- Your email, organization name and license status
- Compliance records you choose to save, encrypted and visible only to your organization
- A security log of sign-ins and changes, never their contents
We don't keep
- DBE narratives and net worth figures after your documents are generated
- Social Security numbers, immigration document numbers or patient details: the portal rejects them
- Your card details, which stay with our payment provider

Does a kit guarantee approval or compliance?
No. Agencies, auditors and reviewers make those decisions. The kits help you prepare complete, specific and well-organized documentation.
Is this legal advice?
